The undersigned had prefixed appointments which gave an opportunity to present India to 26 potential meeting planners to consider India as a MICE destination for their future events. The meetings were held with hosted buyers looking for new destinations for their coming events. Two meeting planners showed interest in visiting India as hosted buyers at the next Conventions India Conclave.

An extensive education program was another highlight of the show with the new Event Design Certificate Course and the Association Leadership Forum which brought together 85 association CEOs and executives.

The new CSR & Sustainability initiatives this year by IMEX America included using recyclable carpet in the aisles in some of the booths and not printing a Show Catalogue.
