Exhibitor Participation Charges:
For ICPB Members: INR 50,000/- + GST (3x3 = 9 sqm Shell Scheme Booth, 2 Exhibitor Passes)
For Non-ICPB Members: INR 75,000/- + GST (3x3 = 9 sqm Shell Scheme Booth, 2 Exhibitor Passes)
Additional Exhibitor Pass: INR 10,000/- + GST

Booth Allocation: The booth allocation will be through draw of lots. Please ensure that the requisite fee is deposited with ICPB to be eligible for the draw of lots.

ICPB is pleased to introduce the Technology Pavilion at the 15th Convention India Conclave (CIC) 2026, India’s premier National MICE Event. The pavilion is envisioned as a dedicated platform for technology companies driving innovation, digital transformation, and future-ready solutions within the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) industry.

The Technology Pavilion will provide participating companies with a unique opportunity to engage directly with industry leaders, convention planners, venues, hotels, destination representatives, event organisers, associations, corporate buyers, and other key stakeholders while showcasing cutting-edge products, services, and solutions.

  • A dedicated Technology Pavilion will be established at the 15th Convention India Conclave (CIC) 2026 to showcase innovative solutions and emerging technologies for the MICE industry.
  • Participation is restricted to Technology Companies offering products, services, platforms, software, AI solutions, event technology, digital engagement tools, audiovisual solutions, registration systems, event management platforms, and other technology-driven services relevant to the MICE sector.
  • Limited participation for only 10 companies.
  • Space allocation will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Receipt of payment (and not merely submission of the application form) shall determine the priority for booth allocation.
  • Each participating company will be provided with a 4 sq. m. space (2m x 2m) within the Technology Pavilion.
  • Participating companies will have the opportunity to:
    • Showcase their products and services to the MICE industry.
    • Connect with domestic and international buyers.
    • Participate in curated B2B meetings.
    • Engage in Reverse Marketing Sessions.
    • Network with industry leaders, convention organisers, venues, hotels, associations, and government stakeholders.
    • Explore business opportunities within India’s rapidly growing MICE ecosystem.

This exclusive initiative has been designed to provide ICPB Allied Members with an affordable and impactful platform to showcase their products, services, and capabilities while engaging with key stakeholders from the national and international MICE industry.

Pavilion Details

  • Dedicated ICPB Pavilion exclusively for ICPB Allied Members.
  • Limited participation for 15 ICPB Member Companies only.
  • Each participating company will be provided with a 4 sq. m. exhibition space within the ICPB Pavilion.
  • Space allocation will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Priority for allocation shall be determined by the date of receipt of payment, and not merely by submission of the application form.

Industry stakeholders who wish to participate in the 15th Convention India Conclave (CIC) 2026 without exhibiting may register as delegates and gain access to India’s Premier National MICE Event. Delegate registration offers an excellent opportunity to engage with industry leaders, policymakers, buyers, association executives, convention planners, and key stakeholders from across the MICE ecosystem.

Delegate Entitlements

Registered delegates will receive:

  • Access to the Conclave venue and networking opportunities on 21 August 2026 (from 12:30 PM onwards).

Important Note

Participation is subject to registration confirmation by the Organising Committee. The decision of the Organising Committee regarding registration and participation shall be final.
