India Convention Promotion Bureau (ICPB), as an apex MICE Association under the aegis of the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India, is delighted to announce its 15th Edition of the Conventions India Conclave (CIC). This signature MICE event will take place at the prestigious Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, from August 19–21, 2026.
This is an exceptional opportunity for you to participate as a Hosted Buyer, allowing you to network and conduct business directly with major MICE stakeholders in a highly efficient B2B format. The platform will connect you with State Tourism Boards, leading hotels, premium venues, Professional Conference Organizers (PCOs), tour operators, and key service providers. Find the right partners and solutions to ensure ease of business for your upcoming events and conferences. The 15th CIC is expected to bring together 150 domestic and international hosted buyers alongside over 100 premier suppliers and exhibitors, making it the definitive MICE gathering of the year.
How to Register No Registration Fee

Domestic Hosted Buyer Registration

- Return economy air ticket on partner airline
- Accommodation at partner hotel with breakfast for 2 nights (19–21 August 2026). Check-out on 21st August 2026.
- Hosted meals as per the programme
- Any other expenses incurred must be paid directly to the hotel prior to departure
- Fixed mandatory business meetings scheduled for 2 event days (20th & 21st August 2026)
- Invitation to social & networking events
- Complimentary airport transfers on SIC basis
- Networking opportunity with decision makers from industry
- Option to participate in hosted post tours in and around Delhi
Criteria for Selection of Hosted Buyer
- Buyer should have the purchasing authority or working in a decision-making role in his/her company.
- For associations / institutes, should have organized at least 1 event during the last 3 years.
- For corporates, should have organized at least 1 event annually during the last 3 years.
- Buyers who have attended 2 CICs in the last 3 years will not be eligible.
Terms & Conditions
- Each buyer intending to participate at 15th CIC will be required to go through a qualification process.
- The buyer will be informed of the decision regarding participation at 15th CIC through a confirmation email.
- Hosted buyers are expected to attend all functions.
- Attendance at all scheduled appointments is compulsory.
