It was a great learning experience. The organisers had taken keen interest and there was application of mind on every smallest issue. The convention would go a long way in helping our organisation in organising National and International events. I would rate overall performance as ‘Outstanding’.
The event was excellent and run very smoothly! The accommodation at the grand Hyatt was immaculate! Food unbelievable in all hotel restaurants we personally tried, rooms amassing, service impeccable!
The whole organisation, the feedback we got about India, the liaising with the convention bureau officers and in particular Mrs Madhu, the networking, the post tour, the social events, everything made us feel the slogan of India! INDIA INCREDIBLE INDIA!! We will now look into how to strengthen our cooperation with conference organising. Thank you for the experience!
ICPB conducted its 12th CIC 2019 at Grant Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty, from 29-31 August 2019 plus post tours. Delegates, speakers, buyers, sponsors, etc. were very happy to experience the level of content, and hospitality that the event has provided. Really, all things were fantastic.

At the outset, I thank you for Inviting me to attend 11th Conventions India Conclave 2018 held at Kolkata from 29th – 31st August 2018. The programme was well designed and having professional rich contents with regard to various issues related to organizing world class conventions in India.
Attending the 11th Convention India Conclave was a life changing experience. This was my first visit to India – What a Country -The people were beautiful and friendly, the food was fantastic, India was colorful, vibrant and diverse. Excellent accommodations. Thank you for putting on such a wonderful conference. It was an experience that will impact the rest of my life. I surely hope to attend future conferences. I learned much from the presentations and made meaningful connections with professionals and potential clients. I really appreciated the opportunity to be involved in such a great event.
It’s an excellent platform for networking with stalwarts from different fields and availing opportunity to give business to each other. Truly appreciate the idea of Green walk and the Golf Tournament. 11 CIC 2018 – Kolkata rocked. A big applause to Madhu Dubey and team ICPB. Keep it up and look forward for such meetings and more.
It was my first time with ICPB and my overall impression is beyond my expectations. I think ICPB is doing a great work of promoting India as a popular MICE destination and I can see it growing by leaps and bounds in the years to come. India is such an amazing country and I feel this needs to be broadcasted and advertised into the MICE world. I would like to take a moment to congratulate each of the ICBP members for such a wonderful job they did during the convention. I have heard nothing but praise from all who attended the conference. The presenters were well prepared and the sessions were well attended. Everyone felt that you did a superb job organizing this event, selecting thought-provoking topics and even the hospitality was far beyond our expectation. Congratulations on both a successful and a memorable conference. You have set a new standard for conference planners.

This is to express my appreciation for the 2 day conference hosted by your organisation. It was well planned, well executed, theme well expressed, discussions well participated and guests looked after well. It was the first time that I participated in such an event and it was wonderful to get educated on so many issues involved in hosting a conference. The Indian Academy of Cytologists shall be making its bid in May/June 2016 to host the International Congress of Cytology in New Delhi in the year 2022. I do hope that our discussion on this project shall continue and reach a logical conclusion.
