Expression of interest for appointment of Transport agency
for the 14th Conventions India Conclave
India Convention Promotion Bureau is organising the next 14th ‘Conventions India Conclave’- from 7-9 December 2023 at Mahatma Mandir, Gandhinagar Gujarat.
It is expected that 400 delegates, international and domestic will participate as buyers / exhibitors / speakers / delegates / special invitees etc. Airport transfers will be required for the delegates from Ahmedabad Airport (Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport) to partner hotel for pick-up on 6th / 7th December and drop to the airport on 9th / 7th December 2023 post the event.
Requirements:
- Detailed company profile with experience of handling conference delegates, fleet details etc.
- The vehicles in excellent condition with smart uniformed drivers are required for the airport transfers – approximately for 600 / 400 guests.
- Coaches for delegates visits to Sabarmati ashram, shuttle services from Mahatma Mandir to Hotel Leela or any other nearby hotels.

o Airport pick-up and drop per transfer charge.
